Oswestry Olympians Triathlon

Thinking about triathlon?

Triathlon has been one of the fastest growing sports in the UK for several years now, with its popularity exploding after the success of GB at all distances in recent years. Alastair and Jonny Brownlee at the 2012 Olympics, Wales's Non Stanford winning the 2013 World Championships and of course Chrissie Wellington dominating the Iron Distance racing scene for several years.

Their levels of performance may seem super human but as a sport it's more accessible than you might think!

What are the Race distances and how much time will I need to train?
